This stunning Bang Couture strapless stiff silk dress with oversized polka dots and gorgeous contrasting sash top and hem  is brand new no tags. The sash top is part of an attached piece that comes around the body to tie into a pretty bow at the side. It’s fully lined and the fabric has a little shine to it. The dress has a tiny fault, but this is hidden by the bow when worn. rrp $225
